The motor brush holder housing is the broken one.
Dust got collected inside the bearing and it seized. As a result the whole bearing started to rotate, melting the housing.
Is it possible to buy this part.

 

You might be better off replacing the whole motor with one of similar size.

or, replacing the motor plate with one fabricated from aluminum or steel.

 

I would if I can get them.
