Looking for a MHV connector that is a PCB mount

This is a simple question but I don't think there is an answer I gonna like. I am trying to find a high voltage connector such as a MHV that can be used to hook up about 2kV signal coming from a relay. I would love a MHV connector but I am not seeing one on a PCB mount. Obviously there are some pretty crazy standards on the PCB to endure this. I was planning on using Polyimade instead of FR4.

I have never encountered MHV PCB mount connectors.

Mount the connector as per panel mount and then connect HV signal to the PCB.
