If there no more shorted components in the primary, replace fuse and check with power.

Just to be safe, keep away from the PSU when applying power, and hope nothing blows up.

After puting back the new diods, R2 and new fuse /which came today for me/ it does show 0.904 MOhms which seems to be "Not Okey"
I begin to check all the elements on the board

edit

I am showing photo of one capacitor

How to understand the capacity Voltage and tollerance?

It`s labeled CD102M

Try taking the photo of the part number so that we can see what that little thing is.

102 stands for 1000pf or 1nf

the blue one is 1000pf really
The green one is 3.73nF

edit
i found one "bad" diod - fr207 - that close to R1 and R2
It has 0.033 in both direction

the resistance is still not as wanted.

Just to ask - the blue capacitor i think the same as the previous shown, labeled 68 1kv. i measure it out of curcuit 44.6pF. That 68 is pico OR?

there are 2 smd resistances and one is not on the board. Because of their place on the board maybe there is a logic they to be the same.
That`s the question.
If you dont understand something tell and i will explane again :)
