Can someone please help me with the wiring in this design. I'm trying to make an alarm clock but some wires show up as red and i've hit a mental block

It's a wiring problem.

Zip up your .circ file and post it.

Your circuit would be easier to read if you reversed the order of the counters, put the clock/buttons on the left, didn't have unnecessary wire bends and crossings, and so much unnecessary whitespace.
