Use the 7483 4-bit adder IC to simulate a circuit in which two four-bit binary numbers are added A+B where A has a decimal value of 2 and B is specified by the user. Display the result of the summation of A and B on a 7-segment display. Let the decimal point of the 7-segment display be the indicator of the carry bit result.

Simulate your circuit using integrated circuits (ICs), switches (logic 1 when switch is closed) and LEDs (logic 1 when on).
