I have an exam in digital logic design this week, the thing is ive always been passionate about this topic even learning about it before taking this course, but for personal reasons i havent managed to study this semester at all, now my tuition is at stake if i dont pass this exam, and I have no idea how to solve these questions, the professor doesnt have any material / answers. Can someone please help me? You will save my life :)

That's not how Homework Help works. You need to show YOUR best attempt to solve the problems as far as you can. We can then help you identify and get past what is causing you the specific problem at that point so that you can proceed working the problem further.

Besides, if you can't even get started on these problems, after an entire semester of being exposed to this stuff, reading about it in the text, seeing examples worked, and working problems on homework, having someone show you yet one more worked problem is not going to move the needle very far and you will almost certainly still do just as poorly on the exam. YOU need to struggle and work through this stuff so that YOU learn it and make it your own.

Are you sure you are showing the entire last problem (the one with the timing diagram)? It makes no sense to talk about a combinational circuit producing an output that is a function only of time. I suspect that, somewhere, inputs signals are defined that are a function of time.

Hi, thanks for replying, and yes i cant even get started on these since i havent even attended classes due to some personal issues, ive passed the other exams since they were mostly coding/theory but digital logic design wasnt like that. That is why i cant even start, but if someone shows me the solutions to these maybe i can at least do something to just pass

Sorry, but that just isn't how this works. If you are SO far behind that you can't even discuss how to begin a problem, then, frankly, you don't deserve to pass.

Consider whether you would hesitate being treated by a doctor after finding out that they did something to just pass a class by getting someone else to work their review problems for them because they had absolutely no idea how to even begin to answer them because they didn't attend class all semester. Would you be confident that that person is qualified to treat you or someone you care about? Most people would say, "No! An incompetent doctor can kill someone!" Now consider that incompetent doctors are generally limited to killing people one at a time, while incompetent engineers kill people in job lots.

EDIT: Fix typos
