Dear Team,

I am making a Load switch using BJT and MOS. Please find the attached LTspice circuit. I am getting output as shown below.
Is this an expected behaviour.
I can see peaking during a state change. May I know any way to remove it

hi Hari,
Your On/Off pulses for the two sources are not coincident on their edges.
So for a brief moment both edges are changing state.
