Hello everyone, probably it's a stupid question, but can anyone explain why output voltage is divided and I don't get 30V on resistor?

 

UPD.
Checked with LM339(they should be similar), so everything is fine and I get a full voltage drop on the resistor. Seems like a sim issue or there is some difference between LM339 and LM2903.
