Well, I'm asking simple question, about this chip,
Does it has overcharge protection feature?, if so how does it work?
I need use with 3.7v Li ion battery, and output 12v,, few ma's, and need over charge protection issue, can this chip provide this feature?

What does "Over-Charge-Protection" mean ?
I must assume, by your very short question,
that You are NOT talking about using this Chip as a Battery-Charger.

Are You referring to Over-Voltage ?, or Output-Regulation ?, or Output-Noise ?

Please state exactly what Components You have,
and what You would like to accomplish with them as an end-product.

This Chip is no longer in production and has been replaced by a new-part-number.

No protection for the battery if that's what you are asking, it's simply a boost converter.
