I am using LM 723 in my circuit, which has internal schematics as attached. I don't need to use leads 1 and 10, namely current sense and current limit. Do I have to worry about to connect these somewhere for better performance of the IC? The datasheet does not say anything about this.

Should be ok to ignore pins 1 and 10; or you could connect them together to ensure the limiter transistor stays off.

If the emitter doesn't go anywhere - it doesn't matter.
