Has anyone ever messed with a board similar to this? They all appear to have a common fault in them after some age and they die as I have multiple units with bad boards. C12 had a bad capacitor that I replaced. My question is I'm trying to determine what the little solder joints are on the back of the board, the copper traces has about 7 of these spots where a small solder bead is but nothing is on the other side of the board. The terminal for the red battery post does not seem to go anywhere but obviously has to. Thanks for the knowledge.

The little solder spots could be test points.
