I always buy democratic passives like resistors and capacitors, but prefer libertarian actives. Especially Mosfets. Democratic Mosfets never worked right for me.

Seriously though. At the paygrade most of us operate at, it matters very little which party has a majority. If you ain't in their million dollar donor group, you ain't getting squat other than bragging rights that you voted for "them". The sun still rises in the morning and dinner is still on the table after a long day of work.

And the beer still tastes good when it's ice cold.

The success or failure of AAC depends on the actions of each and every member.
If there is any thread that annoys you, your response is very simple - ignore it and do not participate.
Moderators are here only to keep things from getting out of hand.
The long standing "political" thread can be seen as a sandbox for a few members to rant and get things off their chest.
