Hi there! I'm a new dealer of second hand electronic items such as washing machine, refrigerator etc. recently i'm facing a problem with washing machines are not started but power is coming. earlier the boards are repaired by somebody and replace transistor as attached. please help me out.

If it is the same device that needs replacing – it is a TOP243 (switcher for the switch mode power supply transformer).

 

First, examine the soldered connections to that device, on both sides of the circuit board. With the plated through holes it may be that the connection is not good on both sides of the board. AND, it may be that whatever caused the part to fail is still failed itself and so another part, possibly not on the board, may also be failed.
