I am making a led pressing game...And there's three parts included: led blinker, timer which counts up to 9 and a two-digit scoreboard...

Below is the schematic diagram of my whole circuit ..

It works but it is still lacking in a few places and my brain isn't working to think anymore

First, there will be a push button for each LEDs and if we pressed the button when it's led is on,then a buzzer will sound and the scoreboard will increase one mark.
If we pressed when it is not on, then buzzer will not sound and also the score will not increase...
I have been dealing with the issue of making buzzer sounds but it ain't working so I am asking for help here..

Second one is that the timer now starts from one when the switch for the whole circuit is on..
I want the timer to stop at 0 and also a buzzer will sound at that time and the leds will go off..but the scoreboard will not go off...
My problem here is that the timer counts from 1 to 9 and then 0 and it doesn't stop and restarts from 1 again

The scoreboard have no problems I think?
As long as we make sure the button will only sound and increase score only when we pressed it when led is on, it will have no problem...

Here is my latest version of the circuit...
I want to connect the trigger pin and the push buttons together but It don't work
In fig2, there is a button and if pressed, the score goes up.
I have try using and gates and or gate and connect with 6 push buttons
But scoreboard stays at 00
