Hi All,

This is my 1st post and I apologize if it is in a wrong section. Please feel free to delete or move to the right section.

I have a 9W LED bulb and it has a transistor like SOT92 IC marked as 51LP and beneath it marking F48, which is blown up.
I want to repair this and coudln't find the part nor a datasheet to see if possible to find a substitue.

I would just save the LED section of the bulb, for possible future uses, and get another bulb from the dollar store.
Is that electrolytic capacitor bulging at the top? If so, that suggests it has been getting too hot, and is close to failure.

Been doing this for years and I lost count, and loosing space!

Hot! Yes of course! It's a 20W bulb. The cap has failed miserably already!

A pottential donor and sending it down stairs to postmortem and salvage department!
