i have jvc lt-32c675(b) tv, the backlights have failed.....the led backlight output from the power supply board Vestel 17ips62 is 50v, so just wondering if that’s correct?

I can’t answer if that is the correct voltage for your particular TV, but it is common for LEDs to be wired in a series so their combined forward voltages add up to tens of volts. This is done for several reasons including more compatibility with the mains supply and more even brightness among the LEDs.

So, 50V seem—in the absence of additional specs—perfectly reasonable.
