I want learn professional PCB Design( Especially for freelancing)
I am a 1st year EEE student and almost no knowledge about Electronics. How can I learn or how much time it will take to be professional/start earning ? I am totally new so information is cordially welcomed.

Check out the free Kicad7 and also the Kicad forum for some initial info.
Usually the gaining of electronics experience would come first.

That's putting the cart before the horse. If you're intending to do PCB design without an engineer checking your work, you need to know more about electronics so you can avoid making mistakes that will affect performance/functionality.

If your goal is to become a contractor, you're going to be behind all of the people who've been doing design for years and have the knowledge and experience to convince a potential employer to give them the contract.

If it was easy for people to self-teach and make big bucks as a contract PCB designer, everyone and their brother would be doing it.
