Hi All,
I am troubleshooting a C-Band BUC and finding that AVdd and DVdd for the ADF4106 are all 0.7V with the BUC powered on. When I trace the connections back I end up at an LDO (pretty sure anyway) with marking A311. I can't find a data sheet for this anyplace and wondering if anyone here could help me locate one or could shed any light on the 0.7V. I removed the LDO and I get 0.9V on the (*what should be) the output pad for the LDO. Also of note, Vp (charge pump supply is 5V but I have 0.7V on CP output as well) I have attached a picture from my microscope for reference. I also replaced this A311 from another board with no change.
