Looks like you are using GND for two purposes, one for GND and one for - GND, you need a different -ve GND identifier flag.
Also J1 has a error flag which could mean that J1 has its pin labeled as Power-Out, if so you do not need a power flag for it.

Thanks for your reply. I changed the pin labels on J1 to 'Passive' on all three pins, and the error disappeared!
