one of my friend put his security cameras direct on (90ah) car battery that charges by battery charger without any voltage regulator since 5 years
*he put 100 watt tungsten bulb in series with battery charger
*he put 4amp circuit breaker in series with cameras

First of all, in future please post a thread title that provides better insight on the nature of the thread.
For example: "Can battery charger power security camera?" would be better than "is this possible??"

Now, on to your question.

Yes, it is possible. What is your concern?

All the 12V stuff could run off the battery, and that charger appears to be suitable for a battery within the capacity range listed on the face of it. I don't think you need the lightbulb (although there is nothing wrong with it). A fuse never hurts, until it blows.

My security system is powered in a similar way and sounds a warning if the power goes out, to let you know it has gone onto battery power. It will sound again if the battery power falls too low and the system is about to shut down. You may want to add something like this to your system.
