Is this LED driver suitable?

Can anyone tell me if the panel and driver are compatible (see pics). I'm worried that the driver is putting out 53 volts when the panel requires 39. I spoke to the supplier of the driver and they said it was fine but I'm not so sure. I don't want to damage the panel. I thought that the driver was labeled up wrong as 53v was half way between 45 &. 60v which is the higher rating (see blue dots).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Driver is labeled 30..42 Volt / 980 mAmp, so it fits nicely with LED panel 33..39 Volt / 1000 mAmp.

The measured 53.2 Volt also sounds like a sensible/safe open loop voltage from a constant current Driver.

The driver will show the voltage of the LEDs when driven at the specified current. You got 53 volts because the output was open. Nothing to worry about.
