Hi,

I'm in need of a new capacitor. It's a 4.7uF (I measured a good one) but I thought tantalums were usually orange-ish in an SMD package. Dimensions are approx 3.56 x 2.9 x 1.94.

Tantalums can also be black. That looks like a tantalum. If the polarity band was on the anode (+) side in the circuit, then that is also consistent with being tantalum.
