Yeah, sometimes my bulb doesn't exactly glow either.

What is the probability of both bulbs in a dual bulb fixture being bad? Unless the user had not realized that one had failed? That might have been the case in the instance that I mentioned.

That's usually how my wife knows the bulbs are out - when the second one fails. Till then everything is as normal as could possibly be.
