are both open now. There was some discussion as to whether they should be the same thread but one is about the circuit and the other is really a measurement question about the circuit. The measurement thread has general applications so it can stand on its own.
It's not unusual to lock the thread while sorting things out - it keeps things from getting out of date while we do moves, merges etc.
As always, you can send a report or PM a mod if you have questions, concerns or advice.

No worries! 'Feedback' is a good place to ask things like this, too. I like reports/PMs better since we get an immediate note to check something out.
