Is my pmos common gate circuit design true?

I have an circuit design homework for tomorrow. I tried to design an PMOS Common Gate Amplifier circuit. Is it true or wrong? Can you check it?

What is the intended purpose of the 50kΩ gate resistor and the 100kΩ resistor in series with the power supply filter capacitor, as I see no use for them in your circuit (and they will likely degrade the circuit operation)?
