Is have larger wire size can make circuit braker trip more fast ?

OUr utility companies use aluminum wire for distribution. It reaches as far as my house, where it transitions to the copper wire that I provided. I do not choose to use aluminum wire at all, anywhere. It is much more effort to make a good connection with it and so I do not recommend it anywhere.
IN another part of the world aluminum wire is used in new construction because the theft of copper wire is such a problem. I do not know how they avoid the well known problems that may result. Someplace here is the thread about that issue.
Ok... yes... my home also aluminium, but I was requested to change it to copper, but self-purchase not provided by utility company

At the point of change from aluminum to copper it is appropriate to use a transition connector. That is what our power company does. It is a special crimp connector that is crimped with a hydraulic crimper, and so not a connection that I am able to duplicate, even if I had the proper connection lug.

Why you can't duplicate ?, special crimper ?
I am also have hydraulic crimper with 300mm² max size
In my area no special connection just internal smart meter terminal block, if it is industrial, normally consumer self-purchased some connector, in my area is allowed to change some meter components also overhead wire but by utility company and purchased by customer (like special meter housing with IP66 (default is IP 54), special circuit breaker (more breaking capacity), replace aluminium with copper wire, step down transformer (more than 25kva capacity), ATS for prioritized consumer (they have two overhead from 2 substations, like hospital, etc), etc), but also with proper standards (you can't change overhead wire with substandard wire)

It is a special crimper because the part that gets crimped is much longer, and a larger diameter, than what I normally use. And the only use would be for connecting with aluminum wire, which I do not use for electrical applications. And the fact is that crimped connections can not be used a second time.
I use adequately sized split-bolt connectors with an adequate amount of "No-Al-Ox" compound. They can be re-used many times and they do not require any special tools. They do need to be installed correctly, though. That requires some understanding and some skill.

Again things must be different in Michigan, or your just making this up. My pole to meter connection is aluminum wire and clamped directly to the meter base. No special crimped connector, just the plating on the set screw wire clamp which I think is tin. What your talking about with a crimp connector has been phased out, since they changed the type of alumminum cable use for the drop from the pole, back in the late 1970s or early 1980s.

On my house the wires from the pole are aluminum, but that stops at the end of the cable at the house. Frome that point to the meter is two conductor plus common copper, which I supplied. That section runs down to the meter connections in the meter box. The crimped connections are about a foot from the house, high above ground. So if there is a failure at that junction it will be far enough away that I will not have a fire.
I did once need to replace the cable coming down the wall from that connection. The builder used a section of cable too short with no drip loop to keep water out. A really poor show. But since I am the third owner of the house, no recourse except to fix it myself. Fortunately I was able to do that myself. Working with the mains cable from the pole is not hard but it is a bit tense, because the wires are live.

Like I said things must be different where you live. Here the electric supplier brings everything to the top of the meter, though I need to supply the mast and head fitting, well they supplied it I had to pay for it.

I have no idea as to who paid for the original installation, but every bit of the replacement was paid for by me, and since the power company saw no problems with water traveling into and through the meter panel and on to the inside distribution panel I had to take care of it myself. Certainly I could have paid others to do the work, but why pay much more for work done in a hurry with the main goal being a quick finish, when I could do it so that it would not have any problems in the future. The power company has two main requirements, first, that all of the power is metered so that they can charge for it, and second, that no safety hazard is created that can cause shocks or fires. And certainly the present installation meets both requirements.

Again different than OHIO. To the meter base is only allowed by the utility company. From the base to the home is the owner, and for a new or up grade it has to be by a licensed electrician, no matter what your background. No license no power it's that simple.
