I have built a h-bridge driver using ir2110 and i'm using cd4049. pwm is generated using an arduino, which is maximum 200kHz. Will the cd4049 inverter will suffice for this? I know that 2110 has no shoot through protection, but I can't buy IRS2004 chip in my country and I will have to order them. But I have less time to do this project. pwm duty cycle is 50%, I also have 74hc08 lying around. Any solution for me?
I also have ir2112, but they have low sink/source currents.

Fig 5B shows a Test circuit, build and measure its operation when using a CD4049 driver.
