I am following the datasheet of an OBD interpreter, that I attach as stn2120-ds.pdf, to design an OBD tool.

On page 24 there's a notation that I cannot understand, you can see it in the attachment UnknownNotation.png. What's the meaning of IC7P?

Integrated Circuit 7 PAD is how I read it. Whatever IC7 is it's the PAD pin.

I would interpret it as IC7 Power, since it shows connections to Vcc and Gnd.

 

Thank you everyone. So that may be the power supply of the comparator LM339? I attached a new image with the comparator.

 

Yup, they just pulled the power pins into a separate symbol.
