Is your shift key broken RRitesh? What happened to putting a capital letter at the start of a sentence?

I still you have not learned how to Google your questions. Do you really expect someone to explain all of the technical details on how a router and the whole internet works? And it doesn't help that no one can understand half of what you are asking.

I have the same advice here, as I have given in the other thread. Initiative and learning!

Your question would probably require a book.

To get you started, take a look as to how ADSL works: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asymmetric_digital_subscriber_line

Typically, the POTS line is connected to the DSLAM. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_subscriber_line_access_multiplexer

From there the packets are typically transported by ATM. The first link has some info about ATM.

It's suspected that my Internet provider maximizes the use of the IP address pool by centralizing the connection of the Internet, it's located in a much larger metropolitan area about 40 miles away.

It's useful to understand the OSI model. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OSI_model

i have this type of networking idea in road side where there is telecommunication company boxes..

The "protectors" can't be 16 V. The ring signal is about 100 VAC.

I GHz is too high for wires. It's probably around 1-2 MHz.

The box you show basically looks like a demark point for a large building/apartment complex.
The "alarm" switch is usually called "Tamper".

Wifi from a tower: Google WIMAX. It may be used in large metropolitan areas.
