Hello,if you could advise on how I can reach 15V from the PIC it can be helpful,I would like to control a full bridge made using IGBT Dual Modules but there are not working perfectly,I am getting only 10Vac while my H-bridge is at 48v so I am judging that the IGBT are not fully turned on,could you advise on how I can proceed so I increase the VGE?
I ma using PIC16F1936 and IR2110 but at the output of the driver Ho has 6V and LO has only few mv around 600mV

What voltage are you using for Vcc on the ir2110?

This sounds much more a probem related to the magnetics scope ( namely, transformer windings ) than IGBT driving itsef.

 

On the IR2110 the VCC is +15V on pin3 and on pin9 the voltage is +5V.

 

Whould help a lot if you can attach the circuit schematic.
