So first of all, I am a complete noob with electronics. A few months ago, I did a DIY project to hide a TV using a picture frame.

Now, I want to automate the opening / closing the picture using some linear actuators and Insteon Controllers.
Here are the linear actuators.

Here are the Insteon controllers.

The actuators open and close by reversing polarity and I know that the Insteon controllers are 120v while the actuators 12VDC. I'd like the actuators to open and close at the same time. I found this but it seems a like there is a more efficient easier way to wire this all up.

Like I said, I am a comple noob so I would be grateful for any help on how to wire it all up.
