Inductor diameter - Wire gauge (wire diameter) - Q factor of coil --- Question

I know that increasing inductor diameter will change inductance. But for a given fixed inductance and fixed frequency, for example 10 uH and about 10mhz, increasing inductor diameter, keeping wire gauge (diameter) constant, will increase inductor factor Q?. I also know that increasing wire diameter will increase coil length and the amount of current through coil. But keeping inductance value also fixed and frequency, how changes in diameter and wire gauge will affect Q factor of the coil ? ( I have been reading lot's of articles, but information across Internet is very contradictory and confusing, so I decided to post my question here... I am aware of skin effect, 10 mhz, and I don't think to use litz wire in this example).
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance...
