Hello everyone
I am working on a inductor core losses. I know that i can use Steinmetz equation to find out the core losses for sinusoidal waveform but i have no clue how to find out the alpha, beta and k parameter from the data sheet of core manufacturer. As it is mentioned in alomost every article that one can find these parameters from manufacturers data sheets.
The second part of the question is that i am using a triangular wave form instead of sinusoidal waveform, so does this changes the material parameters?
An elaboration with an example would be really helpful and appreciated.
regards
Jehan
