Inductive sensor to stabel 5v.

Hi,

HAve this where i have a sensor that output 12vdc, and goes to 0v. when active,
How do i get this "down" to 5v - 0v. to use in mu MCU for further action

I see it do not look completly stable at 0v, but that i can fix in MCU,
