Can anybody help me how to measure the inductance of the capacitor leads to calculate the self resonant frequency? I have to choose bypass capacitor based on SRF.

 

Apply a very high frequency sine wave across the capacitor as to minimize the effect of the capacitive reactance and make the effect of inductive reactance significant. Use circuit theory analysis to find the inductance.
