when measuring inductance of a wire using a LCR meter ,If I touch the wire its inductance increases by small fraction .
Whats the reason for this ?

Humans have inductance as their body is filled with salt water hence charged, whats the range of inductance of human body ?

Perhaps - however the 'Quality Factor' would be so low as to render it meaningless for all intents and purposes...

Most likely coupling/'tuning' effects owing to capacitive 'loading'...
