Sir thankyou for your valuable response...You said Roughly
Get a incandescent bulb across the mains.
Measure the Current and the Voltage.
You get the Resistance of the Bulb.
Put the bulb in series with the Fan
Measure the Voltages across the bulb and fan.
The fan has 2 windings, 1 connected thru a capacitor, likely 2.5 uF.
Measure voltages across each winding and capacitor.
Measure the Mains current.
Assume Line Frequency as 50 Hz
With the measured values, the inductance offered by the fan can be worked out.
Sir how to find R and L from above values? The easiest way may to buy a wattmeter, such as this, and measure the power and power-factor of the fan.
From that you can calculate the equivalent resistance and inductance of the motor.
Read this.Sir how to find R and L from above values?
Sir after finding all these parameters how to proceed fr X and R from above parameters?
