increase voltage in laptop charger charger

Hey. i hav bought the laptop car charger from market its input is varing from 10-16 volts and out put is 18.75 volts 3.5 amp, my laptop requirement is 19.5 volts with 3.5 amp..

is there any method to increase the output voltage from 18.5 to 19.5..
