I have a commercially available transmitter made of BA1404 IC, Which transmit at 433MHz.

Can I increase the range by adding following amp to arial end?

Maybe if you can adjust the output circuit (L2 and its three capacitors) to get a 50 ohm output. Note that increasing the output might cause problems with broadcasters, neighbors, and the government.

The given link has an amplifier for the receiver end.
It has not the power for a transmitter application.

I purchased that RF amplifier after looking at following schematic.

Can somebody guess the 4 pin IC here? following link recommends above circuit for BA1404 transmitters.

Also will this kind of additions change the output frequency or generate harmonics? If so dangerous to use.

Usually, raising the antenna and shortening the feed line works much better.
