can any1 help me, i want to increase the output of my cattle prod and would like to know what i need to change and also what to replace it with?

i dont want over amplify the voltage and kill any1, i just want enough of a shock to incapacitate somone.

below is a picture of the wiring of my cattle prod, i assumei need to replace the 2 yellow things that are wired in series?
