I'm unable to open my PM inbox. I receive an "alert" and I've seen an exclamation point on the inbox icon, but I redirect to an "error" page. Thank you!!

Which operating system are you using? Which browser are you using? And, what color is the menu bar (orange or blue).

 

It happens on two different computers. Attached are images from the WIN8-64 using IE11. The other computer is WIN7-32 also with IE11. Both computers are up to date with O/S and Norton Internet Security. Both computers have all browsing history deleted. I will try the Ubuntu this evening.
