In Proteus why Lamp blinks when connected to 230V AC?

I made a simple circuit with Lamp connected in series with alternator. alternator has 230V 50Hz. i want to flash the lamp continuously with the same intensity but instead of that i found lamp blinks. and obviously i don't want that. plz help me in that. i used lamp with 12V. when i changed that voltage to 120V as i connect it to AC lamp is not even turned ON. again help me why this happened?
