Hi there, actually i found it more professional in ADS to do RF simulations. But I only got the spice model and spice lib. file from GaNSystem, which is a GaN HEMT, so how to import this file into the ADS? I try to import the netlist (lib) directly, but I can only get four pins without any components, that's a little weird isn't it, might need your help, anyway thanks in advance.
