I'm driving an H-bridge at 1A from a latching hall sensor.

    I realize this is an older post, but it looks very suitable for my application, namely,
    driving an H-bridge at 1A from a latching hall sensor. I'd replace the P-Mosfets with
    sot 3401 p mosfets, as I already have these, and I only need a control signal for my
    h-bridge, and the 2n3904 replaced with a pnp2n3906
    as the hall sensor I have (0H41) sinks current.
    Does this sound reasonable?

    Edit: operation at about 100-500Hz

    Can you post a diagram showing more or less what you have in mind?

    Yeah it should work... can’t find an English datasheet but as long as VCC is 4-30V and the current is limited to 50mA it should trigger a relay. A schematic would help for your particular situation. Always check datasheets for the parameters. What I can’t understand is why you need a H bridge... again mostly from lack of information.
