I am a bit clueless on what needs to be done with the below past year exam question.
I do not require the answer from anyone, but can someone direct me where to start or the appropriate notes on how I can tackle this even website link. The Text book that I have has nothing on this equation just basic information on IIR filter designs.

I actually got so annoyed with images being up side down or sideways that I looked up a plugin for FF to rotate the images.
