I have 20k ups, indicating short circuit in charger circuit
After check, I've found one IGBT shorted
The circuit consist of 2 IGBTs no. K40eh5 and gate driver module
Everything OK except that igbt

I have fga40n65smd, it's so much similar except the speed and so the switching losses, please look datasheet
can I replace the two igbt with fga40n65smd?, so 2 fga40n65smd instead of 2 k40eh5? Or it's risky?
