That is a fairly common rating, and it should be easy to find something that will work.
Industrial modules can be pretty expensive. I have used ebay (search: (scr, thyristor)) and find they generally can be had for about $10 each. If you get too many hits with that, try business and industry only or add (Westcode, Powerex, Semikron). Semikron is very common and has numerous offerings with the scr and diode combined. You need to pay attention to the schematic. There are 3 diodes, not just two. Also, it has two scr's. I have seen similar modules, but you might also consider using two, scr+ diode modules.
