IGBT Collector is at higher voltage than Vge

Hello,

I am trying to build a circuit with IGBT and RC circuit. In which i have a situation where the emitter of the IGBT is connected to the capacitor. When the capacitor voltage is charged to voltage level higher than the gate emitter voltage, the IGBT switches to off state. How can i solve this problem . I have attached the LTspice circuit for understanding .

Input voltage 200VDC
