In the picture attached, the 14-pin ICs marking code is L6386, which are high and low side drivers. The diodes ZD6, ZD5, ZD10, ZD9, ZD8, and ZD7 have the marking code "J2". Some of these diodes are damaged. By inspection, I can notice these diodes are used as bootstrap diodes for the high side driver. In order to find a proper replacement, I would like to read the datasheet of these diodes, but I don't get useful information through the marking code, as I have seen many components with the same mark. Any advice on improving the searching method?
