I just have this PCB (has electrical fault) and due to visual observation i found these components i think they are dameged, and i want your help to identify if these components are dameged and how i would check them.
I am not expert and need your help.

That looks like a missing pin 6. I've seen missing pin 7, and missing pin 3. Finding one with a missing pin 6 should narrow it down!

 

I don't see which pin is 1. Usually a corner pin.

Several of these type of PWMs have different versions. Example: 65khz or 130khz.

I think it's bottom right. The pink outline seems to go through the semicircle that marks the pin 1 end.
